Ingredients:
- 100g oats
- 50g ground almonds
- 90g butter, softened
- 25g chopped almonds
- 300g of frozen berries
- 4 tbsp SPAR honey or maple syrup
Method:
- Preheat the oven to 200 ̊C/180 ̊C fan/ gas mark 6.
- Blitz roughly half the oats in a blender to make an oat crumb.
- Add the blitzed oats and ground almonds to a bowl and mix. Rub in the butter until the mix becomes a breadcrumb-like texture. Stir in the remaining whole oats and chopped almonds.
- Divide the frozen berries between four ramekins. Add a tablespoon of honey to each one, then top each ramekin with the crumble mixture.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown. Leave to cool for 10 minutes and serve warm with a dollop of natural yoghurt and another drizzle of honey or maple syrup.
