Ingredients:
- 5 cups chopped watermelon
- 10 basil leaves
- 1 cup hulled strawberries
- 1 cup plain yoghurt
- 3 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
Method:
Place all the ingredients into a blender or food processor and blitz till smooth. You may need to add the ingredients in batches.
Divide smoothie into four glasses or 6 tumblers and enjoy immediately.
