Ingredients:
- 2 spinach or wholemeal wraps
- 1 tbsp garlic mayonnaise
- 4 turkey slices
- 1 small carrot, peeled and sliced into thin matchsticks
- u00bd of a small cucumber, seeds removed and slices into thin matchsticks
- 2 handfuls of alfalfa, lentil or quinoa sprouts (or just use lettuce)
- 2 tbsp Feta, crumbled
- u00bd a pomegranate, seeds removed
Method:
- Spread the wraps with the garlic mayonnaise and layer over the turkey slices.
- Add the carrots, cucumber and sprouts. Sprinkle over some Feta and pomegranate seeds.
- Roll up to serve, slicing in half if desired.
