Prosciutto and Mozzarella Bites

Ingredients:
  • 1-2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 32 sun-dried tomatoes
  • 48 mini Mozzarella balls
  • 50g rocket
  • 16 slices Parma ham or prosciutto
Method:

1. Lay a sheet of ham on a board. Add a few rocket leaves, three balls of Mozzarella and two sun-dried tomatoes. Season with salt and pepper and roll into a neat wrap. Repeat with all the Parma ham slices.
2. Put on a platter and drizzle with balsamic vinegar. Serve immediately or chill for a few hours until ready to serve.
