Ingredients:
- 400g (16oz) pasta tubes
- Olive oil
- Garlic clove, chopped
- 1 red chili, chopped
- Can of tuna in water, drained
- Grated zest and juice of a lemon
- A handful parsley, chopped
Method:
Put the pasta on to a simmer. Meanwhile, fry the garlic and chili in some olive oil for a few minutes. When the pasta is cooked, drain it, and combine with the garlic, chilli, tuna, lemon zest, lemon juice and parsley. Serve immediately.
