Ingredients:
- 2 tsp paprika
- 1 tbsp water
- 4 pork chops
- 100g garden peas
- 100g mangetout
- 1 apple, grated
- 70g Feta cheese
Method:
- Mix the paprika and water together in a small ramekin to form a paste. Rub it into each of the pork chops.
- Heat the BBQ or grill and cook the chops for five minutes each side or until cooked through and chargrilled on the outside.
- Meanwhile, place a saucepan of water on a high heat and bring to the boil. Add the garden peas and cook for 3-4 minutes. Drain and set aside.
- In a salad bowl, add the garden peas, mangetout, apple and mix together. Crumble some Feta on top and mix through also.
- Serve each chop with some pea, apple and Feta salad.
