Kiwi strawberry ice pops

Ingredients:
  • 500g ripe strawberries, de-stemmed and roughly chopped
  • 500g kiwi, peeled and roughly chopped
Method:

1. Add the strawberries to a food processor and purée until smooth. Strain through a sieve to remove any seeds.
2. Clean the food processor and purée the kiwi. Strain the mixture to remove the seeds.
3. Layer the purées in a popsicle mould as desired and freeze for at least four hours until firm.
