Ingredients:
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 1 garlic clove, finely chopped
- 2 tsp Italian dried herbs
- 1 tsp thyme
- 400g (16oz) can chopped tomatoes
- 1 tablespoon tomato puru00e9e
- 250g (10oz) of mixed seafood, fresh or defrosted
- 400g (16oz) spaghetti
Method:
Fry the onion and garlic in the olive oil for a few minutes. Add the herbs, purée and chopped tomatoes, and then add the seafood. Turn down to a simmer. Put the spaghetti on to cook. Once the pasta is al dente, drain and combine with the seafood sauce.
