Ingredients:
- Chocolate wafer twirls (optional)
- 2 large espresso shots
- 4-6 scoops of vanilla ice cream
- 40ml whiskey
Method:
- Divide the whiskey between two glasses and add the ice cream on top.
- Pour a shot of espresso over the ice cream, decorate with chocolate wafer twirls and serve immediately.
