Ingredients:
- 1 ripe avocado
- 1 ripe banana
- 1/2 cup low fat plain yogurt
- 1 1/2 cups fresh orange juice (from 3 oranges)
- 2 tbsp honey
- 4 blocks of ice
Method:
In a blender, combine the avocado, banana, plain yogurt, orange juice, honey, and ice.
Blend until smooth.
Serve immediately.
