Ingredients:
- To Serve - Icing sugar, to dust SPAR Vanilla ice cream Fresh berries
- 1 pack of mixed berries
- 240ml SPAR whole milk
- 120g SPAR plain flour
- 200g caster sugar
- 60g SPAR butter, melted
Method:
1. Preheat oven to 200°C/180°C fan/gas mark 6.
2. Pour the melted butter directly into a glass oven dish. Swoosh it around so it covers the surface of the dish.
3. To make the batter, combine the sugar, flour & milk in a jug. Pour this into the dish.
4. Tip the pack of frozen berries directly on top, scattering them across the batter.
5. Bake in the oven for 45-50 minutes until golden brown. Serve warm or cold with a dusting of icing sugar, vanilla ice cream and fresh berries.
