Ingredients:
                                    
                                - 200 u2013 250g prawn cocktail
- 100g smoked salmon
- Avocado salsa
- 1 medium avocado, finely chopped
- 3 radishes, finely chopped or shredded
- u00bd cucumber, finely chopped
- 1tbls lemon juice
- u00bd tsp. Fresh dill, finely chopped
- Cracked black pepper
- Crostini or toasted baguettes
                                    Method:
                                    Cooks Tip! These can be assembled up to the salmon the day before and refrigerated. Add the salsa just before serving. 
                                
                            - Avocado Salsa: Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl, season with salt and pepper. Gently stir to combine. Allow to chill until required.
- In your individual glasses, spoon the prawn cocktail to half way. Take your smoked salmon and twist it or roll it to look like a rose and put on top of the cocktail.
- Put a spoon of Salsa over each and serve with crostini or toast.
