Ingredients:
- Edible googly eyes
- Valentine’s/pink, red and white sprinkles
- 2 drops of red food colouring
- 200g white chocolate, melted
- 1 pack of Cookie Creams
Method:
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
- Dip roughly half the Cookie Creams into the melted white chocolate, dipping about two-thirds of each Cookie Cream. Place each one onto the prepared tray, and sprinkle with sprinkles to decorate.
- Add roughly one drop of food colouring to the remaining white chocolate, and stir to combine. Once happy with the colour, dip the remaining Cookie Creams in, again dipping about two-thirds of each Oreo. Place each one onto the prepared tray, and sprinkle with sprinkles to decorate.
- To add the eyes, use a toothpick to add two dots of white chocolate onto the exposed piece of Cookie Cream and carefully secure the edible googly eyes.
- Allow to set at room temperature for at least two hours tucking in.
