Christmas Prosecco Punch

Ingredients:
  • 160ml Aperol
  • 350ml cranberry juice
  • 1 bottle of prosecco
  • 2 oranges, cut into round slices
  • 100g frozen berries
  • 4-5 star anise
Method:

1. Add the punch ingredients to a large jug or punch bowl and gently stir to combine.
2. Add the orange slices, frozen berries and star anise to decorate. Add ice cubes if you wish. Add a serving ladle to the bowl and allow guests to help themselves.
