Ingredients:
- 120g dark chocolate, plus more for decorating
- 70ml Tia Maria liqueur
- 100g cream cheese
- 100g Ricotta
- 4 tbsp icing sugar
Method:
1. Break the chocolate into small pieces, then place in a bowl over a saucepan of boiling water. Leave the chocolate to melt, stirring occasionally, until smooth.
2. Combine the melted chocolate with the liqueur, cream cheese, Ricotta and icing sugar. Stir until smooth. Divide the mixture among four small pots and refrigerate for 45 minutes until set. Serve with grated chocolate.
