Chocolate ‘Freak Shake’

Ingredients:
  • 1 brownie, cut into small cubes
  • 2 tbsp of chocolate sauce
  • 80ml whipped cream or canned cream
  • 400ml milk
  • 500g chocolate ice cream
Method:

1. For the milkshake, add the ice cream and milk to a blender and blend until just combined.
2. Divide into two sundae or large glasses.
3. Top with the whipped cream, chocolate sauce, some brownie pieces and any toppings of your choice.
