Chocolate Apple Pops

Ingredients:
  • 2 large Granny Smith apples
  • 200g dark chocolate, melted
  • Lollipop sticks
  • White chocolate
  • Googly eyes
  • Halloween sprinkles
Method:
  1. Cut the apples into slices about 4cm thick, taking care to avoid the core.
  2. Carefully insert a lollipop stick into the bottom of each slice.
  3. To coat the apples, dip each apple slice into the melted chocolate, making sure it’s completely coated. Place the slices onto a sheet of parchment paper to set.
  4. Before the chocolate sets, decorate the apples using your preferred toppings. First melt the white chocolate. To do so, place the bar (still in its wrapper) into a bowl of hot water. Once melted, snip one of the corners and use the pack like a piping bag to add zig-zags to the apples.
  5. Add sprinkles and googly eyes.
  6. Allow the apples to set before enjoying.
