Ingredients:
- 225g (1/2 pound) chicken breasts, cut into thin strips
- 1 clove garlic, finely chopped
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 green or red pepper, cut into strips
- 1 onion, chopped
- 150g (6oz) cheddar, grated
- 6 flour tortillas, heated
Method:
Heat olive oil in a wok or frying pan. Add the chicken and garlic and fry for about 5 minutes. Heat up the tortillas. Add the pepper and onion, and cook for a further 5 minutes until the chicken is cooked. Place a few spoonfuls of chicken mixture and some cheese in a line down the centre of each tortilla and roll up. Serve with salsa, guacamole, sour cream.
