Ingredients:
- 150g blueberries
- 500g Greek yoghurt
- 2 tbsp honey
- 50g dark chocolate chips
Method:
1. Mix the yoghurt and honey together until well combined.
2. Line a baking tray with cling film and pour the yoghurt mixture on top. Spread it out to about 1cm in thickness.
3. Sprinkle the blueberries and chocolate chips over the top and place in the freezer for 3-4 hours or until completely frozen.
4. Remove from the freezer and use a sharp knife to break the bark into pieces. Store in the freezer in freezer bags.
