Ingredients:
- Ice
- 150ml Baileys
- 100ml vanilla vodka
- 60ml coffee liqueur
- 50ml brewed coffee, cooled
- To serve - Double cream, whipped (optional) and chocolate, grated
Method:
- Half-fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add the Baileys, vodka, coffee liqueur and coffee. Shake for 20-30 seconds.
- Strain into two martini glasses. Top with a little cream, if desired, then garnish with grated dark chocolate.
