Baileys espresso martinis

Ingredients:
  • Ice
  • 150ml Baileys
  • 100ml vanilla vodka
  • 60ml coffee liqueur
  • 50ml brewed coffee, cooled
  • To serve - Double cream, whipped (optional) and chocolate, grated
Method:
  1. Half-fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add the Baileys, vodka, coffee liqueur and coffee. Shake for 20-30 seconds.
  2. Strain into two martini glasses. Top with a little cream, if desired, then garnish with grated dark chocolate.
