Ingredients:
- 1 x 410g tin of peaches in natural juice, drained
- Juice of u00bd a lemon
- Sparkling white grape juice, to serve
Method:
- Place the tinned peaches in a food processor or blender and whizz until smooth. Stir in the lemon juice.
- To serve, add around two teaspoons of peach purée to each Champagne flute and top up with sparkling white grape juice.
