Ingredients:
- 1 x 410g tin of peaches in natural juice, drained
- Juice of u00bd a lemon
- Sparkling white grape juice, to serve
Method:
1. Place the tinned peaches in a food processor or blender and whizz until smooth. Stir in the lemon juice.
2. To serve, add around two teaspoons of peach purée to each Champagne flute and top up with sparkling white grape juice.
