Antipasto Sharing Wreath

Ingredients:
  • Wooden skewers
  • Full sprigs of rosemary
  • Salt and black pepper
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 3 tbsp basil pesto
  • 2 tbsp cream cheese
  • Selection of salami slices
  • Handful basil leaves
  • 1 jar pitted olives
  • 1 packet of mini mozzarella pearls
  • 1 punnet of cherry tomatoes
Method:

1. Slide all your ingredients onto wooden skewers, alternating the order and variety.
2. Place on a serving platter in a circular shape, with the sprigs of rosemary placed in between each skewer.
3. To make the pesto dip, simply combine the cream cheese, pesto and lemon juice together in a bowl until smooth, season with salt and pepper and place in the middle of the antipasto wreath.
