Ingredients:
- 500g Greek yoghurt
- 360g dark chocolate, roughly chopped
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder
- 3 tbsp maple syrup
- A pinch of salt
- To serve - Dark chocolate, grated (optional)
Method:
- Melt the dark chocolate according to the pack instructions.
- Add the Greek yoghurt, cocoa powder, maple syrup and salt to a bowl and mix well until combined.
- Fold in the melted dark chocolate until fully incorporated and smooth.
- Divide the mixture between 5 or 6 small dishes and refrigerate for a minimum of two hours
- Serve with grated chocolate and a sprinkling of sea salt if desired.
