5-Ingredient Greek yoghurt Chocolate mousse

Ingredients:
  • 500g Greek yoghurt
  • 360g dark chocolate, roughly chopped
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 3 tbsp maple syrup
  • A pinch of salt
  • To serve - Dark chocolate, grated (optional)
Method:
  1. Melt the dark chocolate according to the pack instructions.
  2. Add the Greek yoghurt, cocoa powder, maple syrup and salt to a bowl and mix well until combined.
  3. Fold in the melted dark chocolate until fully incorporated and smooth.
  4. Divide the mixture between 5 or 6 small dishes and refrigerate for a minimum of two hours
  5. Serve with grated chocolate and a sprinkling of sea salt if desired.
