Ingredients:
- 4 S-Budget chicken breast fillets, cut into bite-size pieces
- 4 slices white bread
- 5 tbsp plain flour
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 2 eggs, beaten Olive oil
Method:
Preheat the grill to medium hot. Put the bread into a food processor and blend until it forms breadcrumbs. Sift the flour into a bowl and mix with the chicken pieces so that they are coated. Remove the chicken and dip each piece in the beaten egg, then dip each piece in the breadcrumbs. Brush the chicken pieces with oil and grill for 12 minutes, turning once.
