The worlds largest sustainable fashion competition for young people is back! The Junk Kouture Dublin City Final 2023 Powered by RTÉ returns to the bright lights of 3Arena, Dublin on 4th May 2023, where 80 design teams from post-primary schools across Ireland will battle it out for one of 10 places up for grabs to represent Ireland at the next Junk Kouture World Final. The winning designs selected by a panel of Junk Kouture judges will compete against fifty other teams from Abu Dhabi, London, Paris, Milan and New York on a global stage to become the second ever World Designer of the Year!?
The Junk Kouture Dublin City Final 2023 Powered by RTÉ will be filmed for TV and broadcast on RTÉ 2 and the RTÉ Player later in the year. Tickets starting at 30 plus booking fee are on sale Thursday 30th March at 10am from Ticketmaster for an unmissable night of creativity, performance and talent prepare to be amazed as anything from old receipts, toy dolls, and burst footballs are transformed into incredible haute-couture designs by students from the five regions of North, South, East, South-East and West in their bid to reach the Junk Kouture World Final!
