Crispy fish tacos with slaw

Ingredients:
  • For the Slaw
  • ½ red cabbage, shredded
  • 2 tbsp Greek yoghurt
  • 6 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 4 tsp white wine vinegar
  • Salt and black pepper
  • For the Fish
  • 450g firm white fish
  • 3 tbsp plain flour
  • 1 large egg, beaten
  • 80g breadcrumbs
  • Salt and black pepper
  • 2 tbsp butter, melted
  • To serve
  • 8-12 soft taco tortillas
  • Baby gem lettuce, chopped,
  • Lime wedges
  • Fresh coriander, chopped
  • Spicy mayo, hot sauce or peri peri sauce
