Tiramisu board

Ingredients:
  • 250g mascarpone cheese
  • 50ml double cream
  • 1 tsp vanilla essence
  • 1tsp instant coffee granules, mixed with 2-3 tbsp boiling water, left to cool
  • 1 tbsp caster sugar
  • Cocoa powder, for dusting
  • Shortbread fingers
  • Biscotti biscuits
Method:
  1. Mix all of the ingredients together until smooth.
  2. Using an spatula, spread the coffee mascarpone mixture onto your serving board. Sift cocoa powder on top and serve with an array of biscuits – biscotti offer a lovely festive, Italian touch, while shortbread and biscoff might be more popular choices if you’re feeding a crowd!
  3. This recipe can be prepped a few hours in advance. Before adding the cocoa powder, pop the board in the fridge and cover loosely with clingfilm.
