Ingredients:
- 3 sheets of filo pastry
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 block SPAR Feta Cheese
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
- Lettuce leaves
Method:
1. Preheat the oven to 200°C/180°C fan/gas mark 6.
2. On a board or a clean work surface, lay out the sheets of filo one at a time. Using a pastry brush, brush the first sheet of filo with olive oil, top with the next sheet of filo and repeat, brushing with oil. Finish with the last sheet of filo and add the block of feta to the centre.
3. Wrap the pastry around the feta, sealing it like a parcel and turn it over.
4. Transfer to a parchment-lined baking tray and bake for 30 minutes until the pastry is golden brown.
5. Transfer to a serving plate along with lettuce leaves of your choice, drizzle with honey and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Enjoy immediately while warm.
