Ingredients:
- Rosemary sprigs
- Orange slices
- Fresh cranberries
- 1 x 750ml bottle of prosecco or Champagne
- 250ml cranberry juice
- 350ml orange juice
Method:
- In a large jug or pitcher, combine the orange and cranberry juices.
- Pour this mixture into Champagne flutes until half full, then top up the glasses with the Prosecco or Champagne.
- Garnish with fresh cranberries, orange slices and rosemary, and serve immediately.
