Italian Seafood Pasta

Ingredients:
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 1 garlic clove, finely chopped
  • 2 tsp Italian dried herbs
  • 1 tsp thyme
  • 400g (16oz) can chopped tomatoes
  • 1 tablespoon tomato puru00e9e
  • 250g (10oz) of mixed seafood, fresh or defrosted
  • 400g (16oz) spaghetti
Method:

Fry the onion and garlic in the olive oil for a few minutes. Add the herbs, purée and chopped tomatoes, and then add the seafood. Turn down to a simmer. Put the spaghetti on to cook. Once the pasta is al dente, drain and combine with the seafood sauce.
