Ingredients:
- 4 tuna steaks (about 2.5cm thick)
- 2.5cm piece of ginger, peeled and finely chopped
- 1 1/2 tsp cumin
- 1 1/2 tsp coriander
- 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper
Method:
Preheat the grill to high. Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl except the tuna. Lay the tuna steaks on the grill, season, and cover each one with the mixture. Grill for 3-5 minutes each side, according to how rare you. Add the fish and turn to coat on all sides then grill for 3-5 minutes on each side or to your liking. Serve immediately.
