Berry Breakfast Smoothie

Ingredients:
  • 1 banana, peeled
  • A handful of spinach leaves
  • 2 handfuls of frozen berries
  • 125ml almond milk
  • 3 tbsp oats
  • 1 tbsp Chia seeds (optional)
Method:

Add everything into your blender and whizz until smooth, or a consistency you like!
