Spinach Salad

Ingredients:
  • 1 pack Parma ham, cut into strips
  • 50g walnuts, to garnish
  • 200g baby spinach leaves, washed
  • 2 pears, trimmed, cored and cut into quarters
  • 100g feta or blue cheese, crumbled
  • 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • juice u00bd lemon
  • squeeze of honey
  • u00bd tsp wholegrain mustard
  • 6 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
Method:

To make the dressing combine all the ingredient and mix well. Assemble the salad in a large bowl or elegant platter, dress and serve.
