Ingredients:
- 1 pack Parma ham, cut into strips
- 50g walnuts, to garnish
- 200g baby spinach leaves, washed
- 2 pears, trimmed, cored and cut into quarters
- 100g feta or blue cheese, crumbled
- 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- juice u00bd lemon
- squeeze of honey
- u00bd tsp wholegrain mustard
- 6 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
Method:
To make the dressing combine all the ingredient and mix well. Assemble the salad in a large bowl or elegant platter, dress and serve.
