Let’s Celebrate Community
EUROSPAR Supermarkets are at the heart of local communities throughout Ireland, and our annual ‘Let’s Celebrate Community’ campaign gives us the opportunity to give back to these communities. Each year we ask our shoppers to nominate a local charity, group or organisation that goes above and beyond for their local community. The ten winning organisations receive a €1,000 donation from EUROSPAR.
Junk Kouture
EUROSPAR are proud sponsors of Junk Kouture, Ireland’s largest sustainable fashion competition! Much like Junk Kouture, EUROSPAR are at the heart of local communities across Ireland with 52 locally-owned supermarkets, which will help Junk Kouture spread their all-important message of living sustainably. As part of this exciting collaboration, EUROSPAR launched a brand-new initiative ‘Classroom Kouture’ which brings the magic of Junk Kouture to primary schools across Ireland. This is a great opportunity for EUROSPAR to activate our commitment to responsible retailing by partnering with a creative, inclusive and sustainable platform like Junk Kouture.
EUROSPAR Charity Partner
EUROSPAR in partnership with SPAR proudly support the National Breast Cancer Research Institute as our charity partner. The National Breast Cancer Research Institute is a national charity that funds a comprehensive research programme at the University of Galway. Together, SPAR and EUROSPAR stores will raise much-needed funds and use its extensive retail network as a powerful platform to raise public awareness across Ireland for this excellent cause. Funds are raised by a donation of sales from selected SPAR Own Brand Products. We donate 10 cent on SPAR Bottled Water and 1 cent on selected SPAR Range products.
