Ingredients:
- 375g (13 1/4 oz) ready-rolled puff pastry
- 300g (11oz) beef fillet
- 100g (3 1/2 oz) mushroom patu00e9
- Handful parsley leaves and redcurrants, to garnish
Method:
Preheat the oven to 200 C/400F/gas mark 6. Unroll the pastry onto a lightly floured chopping board. Cut the pastry into 36 squares. Knock the sides of the pastry with a knife. Place the squares onto a baking sheet. Spread each of the pastry squares with the mushroom paté and top with chunks of beef. Cook for 7 minutes. Serve topped with a pastry leaf and a few redcurrants.
