Ingredients:
- plastic spoons
- 200g chopped chocolate
- plate
- parchment paper
- chocolate chips
- mini marshmallows
- crushed candy canes
Method:
- Place the chopped chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl. Heat it in the microwave for one minute, then take it out and stir. Heat it again for 30 seconds, then stir again. Repeat this one or two more times until the chocolate is completely smooth.
- Once the chocolate is melted, dip the spoon into the bowl. You’ll need to stir it around and turn it over to make sure you’ve got it all covered in chocolate. Set the spoon onto a plate covered in wax paper.
- Once the spoon is on the wax paper, decorate each one with your favourite hot chocolate goodies – try mini marshmallows, chocolate chips or crushed candy canes!
