Ingredients:
- 120ml orange juice
- 240ml sparking water
- 1u00bd tbsp grenadine syrup
- 1 sprig of fresh rosemary
Method:
- Add a large handful of ice to a tall glass, then two-thirds-fill with orange juice. Top up with sparkling water.
- Slowly pour in the grenadine syrup. It will sink to the bottom and slowly rise to the top as you drink.
- Garnish with an orange wedge, if you like.
