Full sprigs of rosemary |
Salt and black pepper |
1 tbsp lemon juice |
3 tbsp basil pesto |
2 tbsp cream cheese |
1 punnet of cherry tomatoes |
1 packet of mini mozzarella pearls |
1 jar pitted olives |
Handful basil leaves |
Selection of salami slices |
Wooden skewers |
directions
1. Slide all your ingredients onto wooden skewers, alternating the order and variety.
2. Place on a serving platter in a circular shape, with the sprigs of rosemary placed in between each skewer.
3. To make the pesto dip, simply combine the cream cheese, pesto and lemon juice together in a bowl until smooth, season with salt and pepper and place in the middle of the antipasto wreath.
